could not be happier or more impressed with service and product knowledge from staff. 1st member was polite and knowledgeable( very young) re products we needed for a staffy with allergies but as i got a bit more needier with questions she got another member with more experience who couldnt do enough to assist me and help out with our needs. both are a credit to the company and we will be doing all our pets shopping there from now on.. 10/10 ladies

I really like browsing Petstock . They have so much stock. I love the commitment to animals in need via advertising, donations and events. The click and collect ordering system definitely needs improvement. There is always a problem of some sort. 1 particular woman insists on you telling her every item ordered. I order online under daughters name and she picks up. Has id, screenshots of confirmation etc. But she gets very snippy very quickly.
